First new project of 2022. I’m busy getting my review of Eduard’s new 1:48 Z-226 ready for Aeroscale and it’s just screaming “Build me!”. It could hardly be more different that the type of aircraft kit I usually tackle, so that probably makes it ideal for Noisy Models – which is all about ditching old preconceptions and spreading my wings to cover more of the things that interest me.
So, watch out for the initial review on Aeroscale and in-progress stuff here.
All the best

Hi Rowan, Its definitely an interesting kit, and not what you would call a mainstream subject.
Building it will make a nice busmans holiday for you.
What’s strange is that I’m building a Bf 108, which isn’t my normal type of build, but this kit has been screaming at me since I reviewed it lol.
Andy 🙂
I know just what you mean about the Taifun – it’s definitely high on my “to do” list!
I’ve nearly got the review of the Trener ready, and I’m just starting to get a real idea of how complicated some of the colour schemes will be! Eduard include painting masks for some of the more intricate bits, but whereas some kits might include large decals for areas of the paintwork (with varying degrees of success!…), the Trener will rely on careful painting. It could be a really fun challenge!
